You can apply Bernouli theorem to solve this problem 
As mentioned by it is sheeled tank 
Hence the kinetic energy = zero 
 
It will be having only potential energy 
So, P = row *g * h 
row = density of liquid 
row = mass/volume
Volume depends on area of the system. 
As ,Pressure at two points will depend on area of the sealed ….......
As the area is same than Pa – Pb = 0
