If the particle is moving with a constant velocity v then the acceleration would be zero, otherwise if all the other parameters are provided, acceleration can be found out by the following equations of motion:
v=u+at
S=ut+\frac{1}{2}at^{2}
2aS=v^{2}-u^{2}
