A wooden block is floating in a liquid. 50% of its volume is inside the liquid when the vessel is stationary. Percentage os volume immersed when the vessel moves upwards with an acceleration a = g/2 is? please explain.

In general we know that for a floating body:
Vin ×density of liquid ×g = V × density of solid
now vessel moves upward with an acceleration
pseudo force will act downward. U PTHRUST ARISES BCOZ OF GRAVITATIONAL FORCE .
Vin × density of liquid × ( g +a) = V × density of solid × ( g + a)
Thus volume of body inside the liquid will remain same whatever the value of acceleration
