A tank with a small hole at bottom is filled with water and kerosene.(specific gravity=0.8). the height of the water is 3m and that of kerosene is 2m. when the hole is open the velocity of the fluid coming from it is?

From the efflux velocity

Velocity = sqrt(2gh)
v= sqrt (2*9.8*2) = 2sqrt(9.8) m/s^2
