mass of ice is 900V as because density of ice is 900kg/m3 and volume of ice is Vm3.
now when ice is completely under water bouyant force is 1000Vg as 1000kg/m3 is density of water and V m3 is volume of ice.
let the force applied is F 
900Vg + F = 1000Vg
F = 100Vg
taking g= 10m/s2
F = 1000V
