take two points in space (x,10) and (x+20 ,10) put these points in equation of trajectory of projectile and divide both expressions obtained

equation of trajectory of projectile is
y = (x- x2/2R)tan\Theta

you will get value of X. put it again in equation to get value of \Theta.
