v=dy/dt =awcoswt
K.E= 1/2 *m *V2
=ma2w2/2 (coswt)2
=ma2w2/2 (1+cos2wt)/2
=ma2w2/4 + ma2w2/4 cos2wt
KE will oscilate with frequency double the frequency of SHM
