Here is the correct ans 
You can apply Bernouli theorem to solve this .
As mentioned by you it is sheeled tank 
So, the kinetic energy =0 
It will be having only potential energy 
So, P = row*g*h 
row = density of liquid 
row = m/v 
Volume will depend on area . 
So, Pressure at two points will depend on area.
If the area is same than Pa – Pb = 0
