We can see in the figure if U draw:
HF = height of the man  = 180 cm
E = Eye of human i.e. HE = 10 cm
Here it can easily be noticed that AE=AH=PO
BE=OQ=BF
Due to reflection, we need the mirror of the length i.e. PQ i.e. HF/2 = 90cm
