new M unit = 2 x kg
new L unit =2 x m
new T unit=3 x s
(new T unit)2 = 9 x s2
 
We know,
F= mass x accelaration=1kg x 1ms-2  =1 kgms-2 = 1 N
Dimensional Formula MLT-2
Hence, New Units of Force = Value x New units for force (From Dimensional Analysis)
= 40 x ½ new units of M x ½ new units of L / {1/9 (new units of T)2 } 
= 90 new units of force
