for hitting
horizontal distance=horizontal distance travelled by shell
horizontal velocity of plane *t=horizontal velocity of shell *t
200 *t=600 cos@ *t
cos@ *1/3 (with horizontal)

maximum altitude=maximum height
h=(v2sin2@)/2g
=(600*600*.9426*.9426)/20
=15993m
