```							As it is diverging the stamp is now 24 cm "inside" the focal point. Being "inside" the focal point makes the image virtual. Using so si = f^2 the image must be 12 cm from its focal point. That makes the image smaller and closer to the lens than the object. The image will be right way up. If you are viewing it through the lens from the opposite side, you will see a smaller stamp, rightway up and closer to the lens than the actual stamp is.
