Resistance of cylinder = \int_{0}^{1}\rho dx/A = \int_{0}^{1}bx dx/\pi = b/2\pi
E = dV/dx = idR/dx = id/dx(bx2/A) = ib2x/\pi
= 40x
at x =10 cm = 0.1m
= 4 V/m
