as we know distance travelled in last second s = u + (1/2)*f*(2t-1)
5 = 100 -5(2t-1)
2t-1 = 19
t = 10 sec
 
Now for 200 m/sec
V = u + ft 
0 = 200 - 10t
t = 20 sec
Hence 
Distance travelled in last second i.e. 20th sec
S = 200 -5(39)
S = 200 - 195
S = 5 metres
