Mass of water from well => density x volume => 1* 2000 gms or 2Kg.
Work  = mgh => 2*10*10 => 200 J
 
For height 10 m from the ground= >  2*10*3 => 60 J
Net Energy required = > 200- 60 => 140 J
1 HP =746 w = 746 J /sec
hence 20 HP = 1492 J/sec
time required => 140/1492 = 0.093 sec
