in a given time interval is the total displacement of the particle equal to product of average velocity and time tnterval even when the velocity is not constant.

Yes it is possible .actually it is a concept of average velocity.

sippose a partical has velocity v=2t m/sec   where t is in sec.

here velocity is not constant.

in 10 sec it will cover a distance  S =_o∫¹⁰ vdt

                                                 =_o∫¹⁰ 2tdt

                                                 =100 m

now  if it moves with avg velocity =10 m/sec

then also in 10 sec it will  cover = 10*10 =100 m distance.
