Dear manisha

Yes it is possible .actually it is a concept of average velocity.

sippose a partical has velocity v=2t m/sec   where t is in sec.

here velocity is not constant.

in 10 sec it will cover a distance  S =o10 vdt

                                                 =o10 2tdt

                                                 =100 m


now  if it moves with avg velocity =10 m/sec

then also in 10 sec it will  cover = 10*10 =100 m distance.
