The frequency of FM radios is far more greater than the audible range of the ear.

How are we able to hear it?

to understand the reply you have to have knowledge of modulation and demodulation

 the audio frequency is modulated  with electromagnetic frequency in the transmitter and then it is transmitted

similarly in reciever it is demodulated  back to audio range
