is it is possible to have charge of 7.2*10^-19 C??????

No, Because the electron has 1.6*10^-19 and  this charge is about 4.5 electrins. 4.5 electrons are not possible.

Yes,7.2*10^-19 is a least possible charge.

                 Yes, it is possible to have such charge because an electron has a charge of 1.6*10^-19 C. But such charges can occur naturally only. Man cannot create such charge.

Reason:

From the quantisation of charge charactersistic, we can say that charge comes in integral multiple of e (e=1.6*10^-19).

Now, as 7.2/1.6=4.5=>not an integer=>Not possible.
