velocity of A wrt B is 12-10= 2 m/s.

Let acceleration (rather deceleration) of A be a m/s^2.

now, v^2 - u^2=2as

0 - 2^2= 2(a) 200

-4/400= a

therefore, a(min.) = -0.01 m/s^2.
