I found that the direction of Angular Velocity is perpendicular to the plane..it would be in upward direction in anti clock wise roation...But my doubt is ...Let angular velocity be w. We know that V = r x w the direction of r x w is opposite of V. How...Please explain deeply about the expression v =rw and about the direction of w in clockwise and anti clock wise .......

You should make use of the right hand thumb rule i.e If the thumb will point in the direction of angular velocity W, Then, the curling of fingers will give the direction of the instantaneous velocity v.
