As diamond structure contain only carbon atom as it has four valancy electron so,four extra carbons are situated at the alternate tetrahedral voids, then how can we check the charge neutrality in this case?

   A diamond is a transparent crystal of tetrahedrallybonded carbon atoms sp3 that crystallizes into the dimond latice which is a variation of the fcc structure. Diamonds have been adapted for many uses because of the material exceptional physical characteristics.
