IF VELOCITY VECTOR IS Vis given and position vectorr is given then what is the way to find out angular velocity vector ω? please give me example also

if the body does  planar circulatory motion about an axis , then its w willbe

  w = v/r   , if the rotation is anti clockwise then w vector will be up the plane , otherwise  below the plane

if the situation is diff. & velocity vector is not perpendicular to the position vector , then w will be defined with the help of component of velocity perpendicular to the r

w = v cosx /r

& if the sense of rotation is anti clockwise then w vector will be up the plane , otherwise  below the plane
