If gravitation is a universal then why in earth's atmosphere objects attractd by earth, why not in universe any thing is atteracted by any other planet or any other thing.(like particle should be atteracted by attract by moon.)

Gravitation in universal and every planet attracts other  and every thing, the only diffrence is that the pull is so small to be observed.
