When bike / cycle is moving its centre of gravity is changing constanty. Befor the C/G take its position the two wheeler moves out of it to new C/G and so on. But when the 2 wheeler stops the C/G takes over and it falls on one side to give stable position....You dont fall off a cycle as far as you are rinding it, but the moment you stop you tend to lose your balance.
