Pressure is Force /Area

SI unit of force is Newton symbol is N

si unit  of area is (metre)2 or m2

si unit of pressure will be N/m2

 pressure = force/area

SI unit of force = N , SI unit of area = m2

              =newton/m2 = N-m-2
