$Flight\,time=2v_{verticle}/g$
Here its
$v_{verticle}=10sin(30)$
at hieght of 1m
$v_{verticle}=\sqrt(5^2-2*20*1)=\sqrt(5)$
when its coming downward at 1m above the ground its speed will be same as v as when going upward and dy=1m
