v1.p1 = v2.p2
here p1 is original volume I.e. p
and p2 is new volume
v1 = v and v2 = 2v as the ideal gases are mixed their volume is also mixed I.e.added up
so, V.P = 2.V. P2
P. =2.P2
P2 = P/2
