The velocity of a particle is v = v0 + gt + ft2. If its position is x = 0 at t = 0, then its displacement after unit time (t = 1) is ???

We will have to intergrate it...So integral of v dt is V0+g/2+f/3...This shows that we have found the answer in terms of Constants....Also Since the equation of velocity if in terms of t it`ll be easy to do it in this way..
