Sir The reply is not clear.Suppose if I am doing 12th class from State A and resident of State B then my home state quota will be from state A for taking admission in NITs & GFTIs irrespective of resident of State B as per existing rules from 15 to 20 previous years .Therefore purpose of DOMICILE CERTIFICATE is not understood.. no its not like that lets say you are taking admission in nit jaipur and you are from rajasthan then you will get 50% state quota if you show domicile of rajasthan state but if you are taking admission in any other nit then you dont need domicile
