D) is correct option for question 19
Consider intially pressure=P  ,initial volume=V
When temperature is constant ,from ideal gas equation
P*V=n*R*T,this implies P*V=constant...
When volume is decreased by 10% the final volume becomes =0.9V 
Use the above equation to find the final pressure.
P*V=(0.9V)*(final pressure).
