Dear Student, Fundamentally, branch of Computer Science in Engineering is closer to hardware as compared to the branch of Information Technology.There is not much difference in the course content which is necessarily required for placements. Though there are some subjects which are closer to the Electronics branch which are generally a part of curriculum of the CS branch but not IT branch...Both the courses and Institutes are equally brilliant and have great future ahead..
