DONT  WORRY MY  FRIEND      IN KVPY   U NEED TO OPT ONLY  3 OUT  OF  4 SUBJECTS    IT SHOULD BE PCM OR PCB 
IT IS  ESSENCIAL TO  ATTEMPT  ANY ONE   BETWEEN
M AND B  
BUT  P AND C  SHOULD  BE COMPULSORY
I THINK UR  SMART  AND HAD ATTEMPTED    PCM OR PCB 
 
 
DONT  WORRY    DUDE EVERYTHING  WILLBE FINE

no problem if u attempted any 3 , the rule itself says any 3 u need to choose , either in engg stream , or medical stream , so, your paper will not get cancelled . 
in the instruction page its strictly written to choose any 3 subject , so, u did everything correct
