Pressure Difference in Water Droplet -

\Delta P= \frac{2T}{R}

- wherein

T- Temperature,

R- Radius

 

 We know that P\alpha \frac{1}{r}

Air will flow from smaller bubble to bigger bubble and the bigger bubble grevs at the expense of the smaller one.

Correct option is 3.
