You have to first attain a undergraduate degree to get into IIMs. After your undergraduation, you have to give CAT exam ( Common admission test ). You should get into IIM after B.Tech not M.Tech..Cant say more valuable or not.. But IIT is at first in engineering and IIM in management.. Generally, IIM Students get high paid jobs than IIT students..THanks
