Your main priority should surely be boards as passing them is much more important. One thing we can do for you is make a monthly plan for you so that you can pass the boards and also do your JEE prep by following the schedule by providing one or one and half hour daily to JEE Prep.
So if you can allot some 4-5 hours to study on daily basis let me know I will make a monthly plan for you
