The weak base is one which dissociates to a small extent and produces less number of OH- ions in an aqueous solution.

Form above Zn(OH)2 is a weak base because it produces less no of OH- ions.

NaOH & KOH are strong bases as they produces more number of OH- ions when dissolved in water.
