I personally feel that you should go for a drop this year & come back strong next year for IIT-JEE & AIEEE !!
You have done WBJEE poorly ...i think that getting into a college will now be a big question !!
However you have a slim hope in AIEEE because the cutoff for SC Candidates are 18 marks only & you are at 28 so you can get private institutions @ your Rank !!
