sir....i m shubham halder(12th studyng).i m appearing 4 iit-jee this year.but due to my brain tumor operation this year, i lost my eyesight of rt eye permanently....it has been very difficult 2 study wit one eye.....but i dont hav a a PD certificate ....where shud i get this certificate frm??????

We are very sorry for you. You can get the certificate from the same hospital where u had your operation. Please reply back incase you sont get your certificate...
