i got 288 marks in bitsat 2010.my aieee rank was 3120 and as my parents wanted i chose for mnit jaipur (electrical).in iit jee my rank is 5564.also i am getting admission in iist trivandram.i hope i might get a dual degree (possibly MSc chemistry)at bits pilani.which is the best option ?
also with regards bits pilani dual degree and mnit jaipur,which one should i opt for?

Yoo should go for BITS Pilani as it is a reknowned insti and better than MNIT Jaipur, taking M.Sc wil also help as dual degree consists of B.E + M.Sc. so you cn persue engineering as well as Sciences.
