Dear Digbalay,
Both the branches are very good.. but it depends on your interest level. If you are more interested in the design and control of computers and its devices also in software programming then opt for computers. And if you are interested in the design and study of various electrical & electronic systems, such as electrical circuits, generators, motors etc then Electrical. Or in more simple words if you are very good at physics and want to explore more then electrical is best.
IGenerally, CSE is more preferred branch.
