Dear best option avilable for you is

BIO technology in NIT Allahabad

Production and industrial engineering in NIT Allahabad

you should also try for chemical in NIT Allahabad

try in each councelling round upto the 5th counceling i thing you must get bio technology and production & industrial engineering in NIt allahabd

you should also try for information technology in IIIT allahabad

and in IIIT amethi campus
