Hi
For IITs the rule states that you are eligible the year your have given your 12thexam and the subsequent year. SO there is no issue of that. But you should not exceed the maximum age limit.
For BITS also there is no such issue. The consideration comes only for 12thyear of passing and the maximum age limit.
If you satisfy all other criterian then the 2 year gap in between 10 and 12 won’t be an issue.
