Sir i gave jee mains 2016. i have passed my class 12 from west bengal but my parents live in bihar(i live in west bengal with a relative) and hence my obc certificate is made in bihar, but it is acceptable in the national list. will i get the benefit of both obc category and home state quota of west bengal.?please help.
