Dear stiudent,

The material of sphere must be provided. We will assume it to be conducting. Since there is no electric field inside a charged conducting sphere, the potential at the all the points inside the sphere will be equal. Hence potential at center is equal to that on surface of the sphere. Hence the answer is 1.
