why quantisation of charge has no significance at macroscopic level?

We know that every charge is a integral multiple of e (=1.6 * 10^(-19) C). While we dealing with charger like 1 microcolumb(order of magnitude of -6) or even nano columb this fact is not important. Since we don’t going to measure the charge more than required significant figures. 

ie  0.000001 C (1 microcolumb) = 0.000000000000000001602 * 10¹³
