Initial P. E = 9*109*(2*10-4)2/0.1
Therefore, P.E.i = 36*102 J
Final P.E: P.E.f = 0 (as the distance between the two particle is very large)

Using conservation of momentum and energy
2*1/2*mv2 = 36 * 102
10-2 * v2 = 36 * 102
Therefore, v = 600 m/s
