r1=4 cm , q1 =unknown,
r2=2cm , q2 =10*10^-6 C = 10^-5 C
potential of spheres are same. Hence V_a =V_b
q1/r1=q2/r2
q1 = q2r1/r2  = 10^-5 C*4/2 = 2*10^-5 C or 20*10^-6C.
 
Hence, q1 = 20*10^-6C.
