and test charge is the charge having sooo neglible charge that it does not affects the field due to source charge in any way
NOW THE QUESTION ARISES WHY DO WE USE SUCH SMALL CHARGES ?
It is used to calculate parameters of source charge like potential ,field or force by using them in deriving their equations
