hi,

Flux would be zero through the sphere (according to Gauss’s theorem)as the charge enclosed in the sphere is zero.

It is definately not zero since it is either completely outside nor inside.

Hi,
According to the Gauss’s theorem, the charge should be completely inside the Gaussian surface to create a flux through the surface.

But there is a net fied lines that originate inside the sphere and exiting it.
Because at microlevel the charge is partially inside the sphere.

    ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh  ….
i have solved this type of question ,,
by symmetry we take half charge inside and half charge outside .. now solve to get   your answer     q/2e0.. thanks
