Spherical conductor carries charge on the surface rather than bulk..
Hollow sphare also contain charge on the surface same as hollow sphere..

Solid spherical conducting body means, entire charge on the surface, and electrostatic field inside the body is zero, but electrical field ouside would be a function of radial distance...
Hollow spehrical body means, the thickness is assumed to be negligible...
But in case of shell, both the inner and outer radius would not be same...
